Adding a DynamicInverter to a Source throws an Error

Attempting to add a DynamicInverter to a Source causes an error

To Reproduce
Build the OMIB System
Remove the ThermalStandard and it's dynamic injector
Define an DynamicInverter, then define a Source
Add the Source to the system, then add the DynamicInverter

Expected behavior
Both devices should be added to the system successfully, however the ResidualModel fails to build.
