`IndexStyle(PowerNetworkMatrix)` errors #91

Base.IndexStyle is supposed to return either IndexLinear() or IndexCartesian(). But we have

PowerNetworkMatrices.jl/src/PowerNetworkMatrix.jl

Line 151 in 0239dfc

Base.IndexStyle(::Type{PowerNetworkMatrix}) = IndexAnyCartesian()

where IndexAnyCartesian is not defined.
