Largest CC components not being CC as prime mover

For some CC plants with multiple components, the largest unit is shown as CT rather CC. For example, for this CHANNELVIEW_COGENERATION_PLANT, the largest configuration is CC_1, which has CT as prime mover, while the two smaller units are CCs. Similar case for QUAIL_RUN_ENERGY1_CC2, QUAIL_RUN_ENERGY2_CC2. There might be other occurrences as well.
