Adding more obvious alt text

I took my a bit to realize that this was were I was supposed to submit my evidence:

I think this could easily be confused for a dead link especially since the screenshot folder is not present when you first clone the project leading me to originally think it had been moved to ./docs folder.

It might make sense to add "Evidence of" to the beginning of alt text turning:
