NLeSC specific is outdated #253

There is an NLeSC specific chapter in the guide, which is very outdated. Also the entire guide should now be NLeSC specific, as the rest has move to the Turing Way.

We should update any relevant info in this chapter, remove the rest, and merge it into the rest of the nlesc guide.
