How to create a roofline model

I would like to create a roofline model to find bottlenecks in my code in order to investigate the bottlenecks in my program on python.
Can timemory calculate the amount of memory accesses and operations, respectively?
I thought I had the data I needed for this in timemory, but I don't know how to use it.
I have read the material but did not understand it, so could you please tell me what it is?
