A list of tasks for this sub-group:

• Identify information on website that should go on a prospective employee or new employee tab
• Make welcome website more accessible (easier to find the link)
• NCEAS Employment Page guidance
• Make edits to the website

We want to focus on identifying information that the DEIJ committee is responsible for vs. the new welcome committee

Some initial thoughs on revisions:

• sticky table of contents for each tab
• move new employee computing info to a new employee tab to make it easier to find
• what other info should go on the NCEAS Employment page that isn't on the about us tab (esp. from the welcome website)
• add emails and/or slack link for a welcome point person/welcome committee to the home page of the welcome website
• have a link to the weather or a webcam on the home page (only if its sunny)
• make the operations tab easier to. find for current employees (lots of important info here!)
• revise the "Your First Week at NCEAS" to better reflect what actually happens (esp. as welcome committee is formed)
