Text over images legible? #13

I went through and truncated colormaps to remove the lightest parts so that text would be more legible, we have a few more options:

edit the existing photos to have lower contrast and be darker
add a semi-transparent overlay to the photo (I tried this and it might be more effort than it's worth if a different option works)
continue to play with font color or outline

I find the current site to be legible, but need to confirm with the team
