Clean up or suppress DAG Render Warnings

Running cupid-run results in several lines printed under the header "DAG render with warnings." We should figure out what this means and how to clean up the warnings. (They seem to be related to unused parameters being passed to the notebook, and I think it is fine for notebooks not to use everything ploomber wants to provide.)
