That can be done n DEBUG level and only turned on in dev deployment to avoid to overload the logs in production.

Acceptance Criteria

Given a registry-api server deployed with log leve DEBUG
When I perform a query to the server
Then I expect to see the json query posted to opensearch to get the results sent to the user.
