LDDTool homepage is confusing to some regarding the available versions of LDDTool #815

🐛 Describe the bug

The lddtool page:

https://nasa-pds.github.io/pds4-information-model/model-lddtool/index.html

is confusing. It looks like it hasn't been updated since 2020, but it has (I got the current version on the "current" link). I think mostly it's the fact that the table lists a bunch of old standards versions and then stops at 1D00. It says "and greater" but this is easily lost. It might be better to say "1D00-1M00 and beyond" to indicate this.
