###Description
HLS and HLS-VI needs to be added as a GCMD Project keyword.

HLS-VI should not be added until forward production begins and the landing page is live.

###Acceptance Criteria

Request HLS be added
Request HLS-VI be added

reviewing the GCMD page for HLS results in this

Can we request them to update the project name from "Harmonized Landsat Sentinel-2" to " Harmonized Landsat and Sentinel-2"?

Also, it looks like HLS-VI is not yet assigned.
