Create script to re-run pipelines with problems

During the execution, some problems happened (like out of disk space on MongoDB's machine). Because of these problems, we need to check if every document in the corpus is complete and, if not, send a command to the Router API to start a pipeline again for this document.
Then, we need to check it again until everything is processed.
