[bug]: Show MacOS/Windows games option on Library does not work for non-installed games

Describe the bug

The option to show ONLY games that have a MacOS/Windows port is not working as expected.

Let's use as an example these 2 games that I know have a macOS port (with red boxes):

Selecting to only show games that have a macOS port will only show 1 (of at least 2) of my games, the one that I have installed:

Same goes for the Windows option:

How to reproduce

1. Go to Library
2. Select to only show games that have macOS/Windows port
