HDMI not being automatically detected and not working via USB-C #31

By using DIsplayPort protocol, usb c display out don't work even on the non thunderbolt port. It should work cause it is compatible with it.

Also, by not having the force online property (or the boot-arg), HDMI needs to be replugged every time the laptop boots up or goes to sleep.
