All node lxc/qemu methods do not work

Describe the bug
The docs specify available methods such as:

// Read all LXC
print_r($proxmox->nodes()->lxc()->get());

// Read all qemu
print_r($proxmox->nodes()->qemu()->get());

These methods do not exist. Additionally, the Proxmox API does not have a whole-cluster method to return QEMU entires.

There is the /resources endpoint, but I believe this is different from what is being described in the docs.
