[1.18.2] Post Box doesn't drop self and not mineable #781

Describe the bug
Post Box does not drop when broken.

To Reproduce
If applicable, the steps to reproduce the behavior:

Place a Post Box.
Attempt to break with hand or pickaxe (tags do not show "cfm:post_box" in any mineable tag)
The block breaks, but does not drop itself.

Side note: the block also does not have a particle texture for breaking.

This also happens in 1.19.2 in ATM8.
