Investigate level of effort on keeping same Wagtail site #13345

Please investigate how much effort and what are some expected tasks if we were to follow through the option of keeping the same Wagtail site for the new foundation website, with the following questions:

  • Annoying/difficult code maintenance and clean up?
    • Can old stuff be isolated? Like PNI?
    • Cleaning up current stack - own work in and of itself
  • Preserve SEO value without needing to migrate old content
  • More doable deadline wise?
