Contact Page Mobile Compatible

Please pay keen attention to our repository's ReadMe file.

ABOUT THE ISSUE:
Add Your "contact-MobileCompatible.css" CSS file in the CSS folder.
The repository's Contact page (check html folder) is named as "contact.html"; link it to Your CSS file .
This website is compatible to laptops/ desktops, we aim to make it compatible with mobile phones
TO DO:
1."Send message must Connect with email id of asme ccew , Use API for the same"
2.IMP: To the Map displayed on pre existing website's Contact page and "Send Message" Tab of pre existing website Contact page:
2.1 MAKE FOLLOWING CHANGES:
As the Map is too big,
2.2The two (MAP and Send Message Tab) must be aligned side by side, i.e sharing half -half sides simultaneously
INSTRUCTIONS:
Please don't make changes in nav bar
Please don't change any class names already present in file.
If you are adding new class name or div make sure you mention it in description of the PR.
