建议增加无url模式以适配qq官方bot #675

官方bot不让发非自己服务器的链接，建议加个开关可以选择是否发url。
然后官方bot的群号是加密过的，分群订阅会有些麻烦。

你可以选择启用 BISON_USE_PIC 配置发送文字转图片规避不能发url的问题
~~url部分会变成单独发出，这样在官方qq里会变成图片能发，而那条单独的url发不出~~
或者自己编写一个theme实现url转二维码（可以参考小刻食堂的二维码生成部分）

群号加密这个没办法，毕竟设计上就是分群订阅的
