Support for custom port for each subnet

Hello
Please add support for subnet:port like (1.1.1.0/24:443)
then we will be able to merge multiple scans (1.1.1.0/24:443, 1.1.1.0/24:8443) and also retest our old results (1.1.1.1/32:443, 1.1.1.1/32:8443)
And please update the Golang version to latest version of Xray
