When installing -git pkgbuilds from a self hosted pkgbuild repo, they will sporadically be added to devel.toml, and running --gendb doesn't add them either. Pkgbuilds can be very similar. The repo in question is https://github.com/Quackdoc/pkgbuild-scripts
