Add support for EthPM (open-data, interoperability)

Please add support for EthPM, so anyone can find the contract source & deployment data.
Smart contract package registries help others build tools on top of your contract data.

EthPM is integrated with web3.py already https://web3py.readthedocs.io/en/stable/web3.pm.html. Not so much with web3.js or ethers.js, but there are tools such as Truffle, who have support: https://www.trufflesuite.com/docs/truffle/getting-started/package-management-via-ethpm

Maybe a Moloch grant can help with better integration of EthPM in js tools.
