There may be several reasons that I'm oblivious to that might void this suggestion, but currently, there's no apparent need for the site to split off its /proposals page.

Keeping the site to a single page would simplify the UX and make it easier & faster to view the active and completed proposals.

With the current design, it might look something like:

If the DAO were to get too large, with a lot of increased proposals, or a large legacy of old proposals you could output those to a separate archive page.

Interesting idea, I do like this, I would say let's only show the non-completed proposals on the main page. @ameensol, what do you think about this?
