Create directory of transit provider

Describe the problem

In order to create a more intuitive user experience, we need a unique list of transit providers.

Schema should include:

• Long name of the transit provider (e.g Société de transport de Montréal)
• Alias (can be list) (e.g STM)

Proposed solution

• De-duplicate list of transit providers, include both long name and alias, as well as feed IDs associated
• Add a transit provider table
• Include in API responses
• Display directory of agencies
