Create POC for translation keys for the web app implementation

Describe the problem

As described in #682, we must create a POC with a GitHub action that translates the language keys to all supported languages. The files' initial translation was committed in #681.

Proposed solution

The proposed solution is to create a script that uses the translation tool and commit the relevant file to the PR branch. Special attention to overrides needs to be paid.
