This plugin is missing the Windows and Windows phone implementation that would help port the Cordova based applications directly to Windows 8.1+ devices.

This is a request to enhance this plugin to support the Windows platform as well.

I've used zip.js as a temporary workaround for windows.
Not sure if it works for wp. (guess not)

Unfortunately, I only helped develop this code and only needed to support Win10 UAP, so I don't have plans for adding Win 8+ . I am not usually a C developer : ]
