Controller handing on Linux Systems

Currently, RED uses Window's custom xbox controller api to parse controller inputs. Linux uses a different system, causing controller mappings to be all messed up.

If we want to eventually port the BaseStation pc to a Linux system, RED needs a way to tell what operating system it is running on and use the proper controller interface in order to have the same control mappings for each system.
