Taking screenshots of cameras sometimes results in blank pictures

Expected Behavior

Picture files contain the image that the camera was displaying.

Current Behavior

Files produced are sometimes blank white.

Steps to Reproduce

Start RED, load up a camera stream, wait a while, take a screenshot and it may be blank.

Possible Solution (Not obligatory)

At 2023 Comp, we used ShareX to get around this, possible solutions inside RED include switching from the html2canvas library, or moving to the UDP camera system which would require a new screenshotting tool.
