The team currently plans to implement a rotating signal stack as a replacement to the signal stack that we use currently. This is with the intention of allowing the 900 MHz antenna to point in the direction of the Rover. It will likely be powered by a motor and will be controlled by a board that the Rover will need to ping. On top of that, heading data will likely need to be implemented in order to determine its current direction. BaseStation needs an interface that allows the user to control the direction of the signal stack (possibly via a physical dial), it needs to display heading data, and show the position of the rover relative to the signal stack's heading and "cone".
