16-17 hardware overview

V1: Two boards make up the manipulators hardware components, the arm board and gripper board. Arm board controls the arm, gripper board controls the gripper. Titular like that.

V2: Just one board, the arm board. It incorporated both previous arm board elements and the gripper board, merged together.
