Hi there,

Our team has a monorepo, with a js front-end and a rails back-end. This plugin is leaving comments on PRs when the front end isn't changed at all - no js changes in the PR. What do you think would be the best way to suppress the comments on back-end only changes?

These (no-js-change) comments give the impression something is broken:

Not sure that I got you, can you provide the directories structure and what's the action config.
