Why are the aggregate_mean and aggregate_std set at 522 and 814 respectively ? #2

Why are the aggregate_mean and aggregate_std set at 522 and 814 respectively ? This question makes me confusion all the time. Besides, how do you get these values?

@Hessen525 They were calculated from some training data when we started working on NN. As these values are used for normalization, I am not sure how much they would impact the performance of the models.
