Beslisboom rename to Beslishulp

Description

We have decided to rename the ai-act-beslisboom to ai-act-beslishulp.
Textually the changes already have been made, however technically we need to implement this still

Technical implementation

Where should the changes be made

• repo name of ai-act-beslisboom
• Ai-validation-infrastructure rename + Digilab flux CI (meaning the host url will also change)
• check all mentions of it (README, yaml, mermaid graph etc.)
• integration of modal into AMT (url change of the releases)
• integration of modal into AK (url change of the releases)

After changing the url, please notify the team such that the link can be shared across the organisation.
