Improve decision tree results with linked requirements

Description

We want to link the conclusions of the decision tree with the AK.
We need to shift the focus of the conclusion of the decision tree from the applicable articles to the requirements of the AK.
The mapping from the decision tree conclusions/ai act profile labels, to the requirements is picked up in:
ticket.

Implementation notes

• Research how we can use the collected labels to filter the vereisten.
• Implement way to 'pass-on' the labels from the decision tree modal to the AK
• Can use logic from #323 on how vereisten are filtered from the decision tree modal.
