Sized by Revenue button doesn't appear to work

Selecting revenue radio button doesn't appear to update size of nodes. Is revenue information not yet populated in DB?

There is some revenue and expense type data in the database, and this is reflected by the API endpoints designated for these types of data. I think the radio button should be replaced by a slider.

We removed the revenue button for now, till this bug will be solved.
