Latest Open XR Preview Extremely Slow FPS in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020

The latest Open XR preview associated with 108.2109.10009.0 is extremely slow FPS in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 for a high-end system. My test system is an AMD 5800X and a Gigabyte RTX 3090 Gaming OC and get fps in the 20's with it running and double or triple that with it off in VR.
