Steps to reproduce

  1. For example, select to install nextcloud. Click install.
  2. The install nextcloud button at the bottom will spin forever. No console output is shown (unless its a success).
  3. Check top/htop in ssh, see that the whiplash command has been executed, waiting for an "ok" button press response.
  4. Kill whiplash, install continues and console output is shown in dietpi-dashboard beneath the "install" button at the bottom, signaling that the install was a success.

Expected behaviour

I guess I should be able to install software through the dietpi-dashboard without hassle?
Works on my pi.

Actual behaviour

No dialouge shown.

Extra details

running the install under ssh gives me the ncurses dialog.
