How to public a project to share it, I mean I can't collaborate, can't share....

The real Issue
I created diagrams in mermaid and now i want to share the project with friend but when i hover over the send invite button, it says "make the project public before sharing". i checked but unable to find the "change to public" feature or button.

@amjadkhanniazi When you are in the share dialog, click on the drop down to change permissions to allow anyone to view or edit (see image)
