[RFE] Assign units to TO&E from personnel screen

This is an improvement to an existing feature

Brief Description *

I'm assembling an entire Clan touman from a MUL file generated by MegaMek. Each pilot in the MUL is already assigned a unit. But with the sheer number of units I'm working with, I'm struggling to find elite trueborn mechwarriors to assign to a star in the keshik, for example, using the right-click menu in the TO&E to add a unit to the force. It would be a lot easier to do this from the personnel screen if one could assign what is clearly labeled an elite trueborn mechwarrior to a force in the TO&E from there instead.
