[RFE] Allow primary and if possible reinforcement force assignments from Briefing Room

RFE Details *

This is an improvement to an existing feature

Brief Description *

Currently, most of the mission info is in Briefing Room, but the AoO window has all the interface for deployments. I like the AoO, but short of just merging these two windows, they're likely to end up with a lot of duplicated features.

One duplicated feature that might be worthwhile, however, is the ability to right click a scenario and use the menu to 'assign primary force'. This would allow you to select from the list of available combat teams to go blow stuff up without having to tab switch and double check everything to ensure your decisions match your desired outcome.

For example;

I could use this menu here to assign the force directly instead of evaluating the threat, going to AoO to figure out which units are available, trying not to forget what exact threats I'm up against so I can make a good decision without information in front of me, and then committing a force.

Human error creates a lot of issues here, selecting the wrong/similarly named scenario, forgetting it was Gamma Company Assault not Beta Company Assault and being confused when you go to assign it finding Beta Company already deployed, etc. etc.

It seems a lot simpler to just go from the Briefing Room screen if possible.
