[RFE] Allow single fathers/adoption

RFE Details *

This is an improvement to an existing feature

Brief Description *

With the current procreation module, it is possible (and depending on your campaign's settings, likely) that female characters will have children without a known (or at least recorded) father. It is not, however, possible for male (and other?) unwed characters to have children. While this would have to bypass the normal pregnancy aspect (for obvious reasons) it makes sense that male characters are not monks and there's got to be a paternity suit or two out there somewhere.

As an additional, a similar framework could likely be useful to represent characters (of all genders) adopting a non-infant along the way.

As an aside, adoption has already been implemented while in campaign. If you have any parentless children in your campaign, right-click on them and there should be an option for adoption. I do see the logic in allowing male characters to have background children outside of marriages, though.
