Profile Creation: Retrieve Profile Picture from Gravatar

When a user profile is created. A default avatar is generated from their full name initials.
Describe the solution you'd like
Many services use Gravatar to retrieve user profile pictures from their email address. I suggest adding this feature as follows:
If the user's email is registered on Gravatar, the platform sets Gravtar's profile picture. Otherwise, it generates the profile from the user's initials.
