After completing the previous issue related to the design and layout of the site's search feature, the implementation should be done accordingly.

Details:

The search feature should be implemented to match the design specified in the previous issue.
Ensure that the search is performed in real-time, displaying the results instantly within the designated window.
Pagination should be added if there are a large number of search results, and the results must include the post's image, title, date, and author.
