mgp-sdk version 1.3.2

Problem

The raster analytics API added a ortho script option that prevents the unnecessary creation of a browse image. Additionally, there is a parameter that allows for setting the GSD so a user can obtain uniform imagery, which is nice for modeling/image analysis, etc.
