I think it would be great for smaller servers if there was an option for tickets to persist upon logout. A MarkTicketDoneIfPlayerLogsout=True\False in the config is what I had in mind.
Also as an alternative to using /msg when players are offline, perhaps mods could add notes to the tickets letting players know they need more details etc. Which would have the ticket move to a standby mode until the player updates the ticket or be marked done after X amount of time passes. Players could be notified shortly after login of the mods messages(and reminded every X amount of time) and be presented with how to continue with the ticket. IE. after the mods message show "Use /ticket edit to edit your ticket or /ticket done if your issues has been resolved" Upon editing the ticket it would be placed back in the queue.
I have a few users who get on at hours where no mods are on and the above would be very helpful.
P.S. Sorry if this was too much and thanks for the helpful plugin. Feel free to critique my issues format, I know very little about coding and git hub.
