When using EssentialsX 2.0.1-b488 (and previous versions), a ticket created by a user with a nickname will be labeled with their nickname instead of their username. When the player changes their nickname after making a ticket, the ticket switches to that new nickname.
Ideally, tickets would ignore nicknames entirely and just use the player's username. Seems like this would be a relatively straightforward fix; something with changing around the {sender} {plainsender} tags. Or {displayname} / {username}. I imagine you know a bit more about this than me, though.
