labeller example

i am looking for example code for a labeller. i found some snippets for self labelling and i'm aware of the feed generator repository.
having tried my luck with a simple reply bot, and finding it non-trivial, i am now hoping someone here would know how to scaffold a labeller service (?) using atproto
