@empireij i think this issue is not for support issues, but to suggest a FAQ for the tool.

@Marocco2 A few suggestions:

On short, how does this tool works?
Why can this void my warranty on the phone?
Is the procedure reversible?
What models are supported?
My phone is not being detected by the tool. What should I do?
Does this inject anything in my phone?
Will this ever work for WP 8.1? Is support for it planned?
