cannot use custom monomer definition

I tried to use our own monomer definition by using the MonomerStoreConfig.properties file.
I tried using the webservice and without but the monomers from my ~/.helm/MonomerDBGZEncoded.xml file are not recognized.

If I try to generate image of my monomers, I have the following error:
Incorrect Input

I also tried to use the web service such as the monomerStore method and only had 404 error message.
